Problem:
I would like my customers to open tickets and browse knowledge base articles. How can I accomplish that?
Solution:
Once you are a Gulfstream Helpdesk customer you can point your customers to the following URL: http://www.gulfstreamway.com/dss/company/yourcompanyname/ticket/support.asp (Change yourcompanyname to the actual name of your company)
On that page they will be able to view their tickets, create new tickets and access knowledge base articles. You are welcome to embed this URL into your website. (Same instruction can also be found in the HELP file)
